Course Description
This course teaches the principles of satisfying customer wants and needs. It provides an overview of various ways to capture, communicate, and create value for customers, clients, partners, and society. As a foundational course, it is part of several certification opportunities to demonstrate competencies in such areas as business management, marketing, and strategy development and execution. It can also be taken as a stand-alone course.
