Course description
Every organization, no matter the size, encounters problems. Understanding how to address issues within your company is crucial for growth and success. Lean Six Sigma, defined as a process for solving a problem, can help any organization in addressing its issues. Green Belts are employees of an organization who have been trained on the Six Sigma improvement methodology. In this course, you’ll see how the Green Belt training will allow you to deliver measurable, sustainable improvement by finding the root causes of problems and streamlining processes.
