Course Description
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the essential principles and practices of project management. Students will learn to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects effectively. Key topics include defining project scope, creating work breakdown structures, developing schedules, managing risks and leading project teams. Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application, this course equips individuals with the skills needed to manage projects successfully and drive organizational success.
