This course teaches the Agile Foundations for Product Owners by diving deep into the Scrum framework’s core principles and practices to create a compelling product vision that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs. The aspiring Scrum product owner will learn to define and prioritize product backlogs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver value iteratively. Additionally, students will acquire skills needed to lead cross-functional teams, make strategic product decisions, and drive innovation.

Prerequisites

  • Basic understanding of project management concepts is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to Scrum is helpful, but not mandatory.
  • Recommended to be taken in conjunction with the Agile Foundations Scrum Master course.

He is experienced in cultivating strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders for managing projects through proper resource planning, implementing strategic initiatives, and catering IT governance & technical matters. He holds Master’s degree in Business Administration and has project management experience in healthcare, government, finance, hospitality, aviation, and non-profit.
