- Recognize the skills to coach team members, remove impediments, and foster a culture of self-organization.
- Use the i Scrum values (Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect, and Openness) and infer how they underpin the empirical process of Scrum.
- Identify common roadblocks encountered during Scrum implementation and explore effective strategies to overcome them.

The Certified Scrum Master course is designed for individuals who want to become valuable assets to any Agile team and effective Scrum Masters.
