Course description
Discover the basics of software programming by exploring the coding structures in C# Console application using the Visual Studio .NET environment. Apply what you learn with hands-on lab practices to understand how and why to apply programing concepts.
Prerequisites
- Windows OS and basic computer proficiency is required for this course.
- This course is designed for individuals who have NO prior programming experience
- Instructors will assume your readiness for the class materials and will NOT use class time to discuss prerequisite materials
Syllabus
Objective 1:
- Display information on the Console in a simple application in the Visual Studio (VS) .NET environment
Objective 2:
- Declare and use numeric variables and constants for different data types
Objective 3:
- Use decision making statements
Objective 4:
- Use arrays and loop statements
Objective 5:
- Use character data types
